About the project
- The Beehive Building, a local landmark within Bendigo, was once a department store. The lower two levels have been tenanted to a number of business over the years, while the upper level has been closed off for over 30+ years.
- Heritage building that is significant in the Bendigo area and is located in the center of town, front facade must remain the same.
- The Beehive complex is quite large and these four apartments are the first stage of many and will be the premier apartments in the lot, as they have views over Rosalind Park.
